The Magic Quadrant 2016 report on Sales Force Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has recently been published by Gartner.
Regularly nominated over the years, SugarCRM is for the fourth year in a row positioned as a Visionary for SFA solutions and is continuously getting closer to the Leader category. The new SugarCRM mobile application and its offline mode have won over the representatives of the Board. In addition, SugarCRM's integration capabilities and implementation flexibility in comparison with other leading solution of the market give it an edge that is most appreciated.
According to Gartner's study, the category "Visionary" encompasses companies who are one step ahead of their competition in terms of development of new products and/or service models. "Visionaries" anticipate the future requirements of companies and move the market in new directions.
SugarCRM was also selected among the Magic Quadrant solutions for customer service management for the second time in a row. Garner's experts highlighted SugarCRM's capacity to enable customer relationship management and sales force management but also its capacity to enable customer service management (ticket management in particular). This strong point in SugarCRM, as highlighted by Gartner, is especially suitable for companies in the BtoB sector.
