The new version of Freshdesk is out!
This new version of the Freshdesk solution comes with a new, more responsive and more modern user interface.
In this new version, Freshdesk delivers the first stage of evolution of its user interface, which comes with a new dashboard, a new ticket and a new contact management system.
Released on October 10, it is currently only available in English. The French version is to be released in 2018.
