The new version of Freshdesk is out!

This new version of the Freshdesk solution  comes with a new, more responsive and more modern user interface.

In this new version, Freshdesk delivers the first stage of evolution of its user interface, which comes with a new dashboard, a new ticket and a new contact management system.
Released on October 10, it is currently only available in English. The French version is to be released in 2018.

New user interface

This new version comes with a modern and responsive user interface that includes:

  • A new, more efficient navigation panel with icons set on the left hand-side
  • A new dashboard
  • A new, detailed list panel
  • A new window for ticket and contact reviewing and registering as well as for other modules.

Ticket management


The new list panel makes it possible to easily assign a ticket to a group or a specific user.
Ticket tags are now easily accessible on the list panel.
It is now possible to respond directly to a ticket using the quick list panel.
Satisfaction-level data is now available from the ticket panel.
This new version also comes with a new, very practical contact and company panel featured on the ticket window.
